A 25% deposit, which is payable by cheque or credit card, is required to confirm your reservation within seven (7) days of your booking. Balance is due on arrival. If there is an interruption to your stay that requires you to leave early, monies paid are not refundable, however, depending on the circumstances some arrangement may be reached for a credit towards future stays. Note: Deposits are non-refundable unless notice is received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Credits or transfers can be arranged, if appropriate time is given. Conditions: Age limit 16 years or over. Neither smoking nor alcohol is permitted on the premises.
